The 5 stars are for Monica Almanza, she has totally gone out of her way several different times to help me with my sons account. 2 of those being late on a Friday night! Trying to think of different ways to help and even calling back again to make sure everything was good and to check in with me! I can not tell you how much I appreciate her! She is the absolute best and went way beyond what she needed to for her job!
These ladies are absolutely amazing at what they do!! They made sure I was taken care of before I even left the building, even stuck around a whole hour after they closed to continue working with me. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with a bank.

I applied online for a joint account for myself and my wife. By applying online I qualified for a $200.00 bonus. I got an instant approval email and today got something in the mail also telling me I was approved and to sign and return a document. The envelope did not contain the document and when I called they said it was not approved and that the application was denied. I explained that the fist line in the letter tells me “Congratulation! We’re pleased to inform you that your application for a new Wells Fargo account has been approved.” After some checking the CSR found the issue and I would have to go in the local branch to open the account, but it would be approved. Then told me since I have to open this at the local branch I would no longer quality for the 200.00. What a joke. With all the banking choices available, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
I deal with this bank on a daily basis. Always friendly and helpful.
