I feel terrible for the people who work here, who try. The company is corrupt, they have opened and closed credit cards in my name, and refuse to own up to anything, even after the lawsuits. Their online banking is a joke. They closed one of the only branches in town. Go elsewhere.
I don't have specific issues with local branch other than everything is so hampered by the poor policies of the corporation its VERY difficult to do business or personal banking with. Recently my business was charged because there was too much money deposited in a single month. A bank charged for me to give them money. Poor policies.
I agree that corporate policies ruin the local experience at wells Fargo. I couldn't deposit cash into a relative's account because I wasn't a signer on that account. Yes, cash. A bank that refuses to accept cash doesn't seem to be a bank anymore does it?
Montrose don’t seem to ever answer you always have to call the Delta bank. If montrose does answer they put u on hold forever bc they don’t know much about anything so u have to wait till they cannot figure it out ever,,,always happens this is way I have this review bc 1 time I can see but anytime I call it’s the same.
