Delicious! We were driving through kinda late and were caught by the pictures. The entrance is on Main St. The waitress was super friendly, the tables were spaced out. More importantly, everything on the menu was interesting. Sliders, soups, wings, etc. The Green Chili soup was slightly spicy and flavorful. The tacos we're complex and varied. The smothered fries were well portioned base to toppings. No photos bc we ate everything too quickly. Highly recommend.
Pork/pig decor is their thing. Variety of grilled cheese sandwiches (her), and the half rack(DAMN big half rack!) of ribs for me. Texture, moistness, and flavor like I haven't had in too long. Salad was fresh, crisp, pretty, and tasty. Fries were...unimpressive. BUT THOSE RIBS!!!!! Make time to eat here!
The staff are so welcoming and kind it is like being a part of the family! The food is exceptional! After several visits my wife and I have never had a bad experience or marginal food! This place makes my top three favorite restaurants in Cortez!
My husband and I have frequented this establishment several times at their present location and when it was a roving truck. The food is excellent, service is great and the staff and owner, Ernie Padilla are friendly and very responsive to the needs of their patrons. We highly recommend the Wigglin Pig!
Waitress was beyond awesome. Food was amazing. It's a little pricey, but for the quality and the amazing service, it's worth it. Will definitely be back to stuff our faces again.
