I recently replace the roof on my fifth wheel Tabitha at coombs RV help me tremendously the people knew what they were talking about their selection was excellent and they helped me find things that were out of stock they made the job of replacing my fifth wheel roof very easy I highly recommend coombs RV for all your RV needs The staff is wonderful.

I waited 3 weeks to get my motorhome scheduled to be looked at. I wanted to know why my batteries drain even when plugged into shore power. I got there about 10 am and was told it would be worked on it that day. I am staying in a hotel while they work on it, as I live in my motorhome. I called at 3 to see what they had found, I was told Jesse would have to call me back. Now I am guessing here, but I am pretty sure nothing had been done with my RV by the conversation I have with Jesse when he calls. He said that it would not start, I told him I had to jump it that morning to bring it in. He said; they could not get it started due to the dead batteries so he plugged it into shore power. I said, it will not charge on shore power, that is the reason I have brought it in. Jesse said oh, okay I will set it up on a charger and will work on it first thing tomorrow. When I called at 9 Jesse said he would be starting on it next. I called back and noon and the person who answered the phone tried to get Jesse to the phone and Jesse told him he still did not have any status. I spent two nights in a hotel to find out these guys will tell you what you want to hear, even if they know they are not going to be able to do what they say. I call that lying. I will never know what kind of work they do because I told them I would come and get it. I was able to make another appointment at Ernies for next Wednesday. You can tell that the people are use to dealing with disgruntled customers by they way you are treated. To top everything off when they gave me my keys back they had attached someone else's keys onto my key ring. Maybe that is why they could not figure out how to start it. I also bought a water hose and asked them to put it in the RV. There is no water hose so now I have to go back tomorrow to pick up the water hose. They have no time management skills.

It's a small, family-owned business. We have been going in there for 6+ years. Friendly staff and a better than average selection of the things you want or need. They also sell propane! I bought my camper from one of the big stores up north, but when I need parts and accessories, I come here.

Went for RV propane contamination service issues, on small, but complex Alto trailer (which has a 12-month factory waiting list, making owners like us anxious, especially since factory repair/replacement is 3200 miles away in Quebec). Outstanding service. High-quality attention to detail on their service work, and well-trained, attentive and polite staff. We hit them on intense, weather-related backlog days, but it didn't matter, because they are well-organized and could handle the schedule with flexibility, and can tell you a realistic job completion window. They are solar experts as well, important for our battery upgrade installation, as that install required understanding solar hookups to our existing system.nNot giveaway, or the cheapest, but reasonable prices. Good people. My thanks to Service head Philip and smart tech Johnny. You run a fine business, John Coumbs family, with great people. (Guessing several folk are family....) Worth doing business with, everyone else. We live in their community and are pleased they do business here, even though this was our first meeting. Highly recommend.
