This vape shop not only has a cool vibe and good prices but Christian, the employee that helped us, is UNBELIEVABLY amazing! He was so helpful and kind and because of him, I have had the best customer service experience ever. Whenever I’m back in Colorado I WILL come back just because of him. I was ready to totally love this place based on the good reviews about customer service........However it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This kid couldn’t be bothered to know anything much less answer questions. Must have chosen the short straw. I have bought before in Tucson and the clerk primed it, explaining the whole thing while and needed to be done. Then I asked for juice. He told me the one I wanted (Aspire Nautilus aio) ONLY used nic salts. But it comes with 2 coils, one for regular and one for nic salts. Bad experience!!! If I go back I certainly won’t go on a Sunday.
