Olympia Nissan

I bought my first Nissan car in 2013-14. It was a 2009 Nissan Cube and I loved it. I needed a family car since my husband and I are planning to start a family. I fell in love with the Rogue and decided to test drive one. I knew Nissan was a reliable brand and I loved the Olympia Nissan crew last time I went. I loved them this time too. Chet was amazing at helping me get a brand new 2021 Rogue at a price I could afford. He was kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Terry, my financial guy, was incredible as well. Overall, I am so pleased with my experience and you should expect to see me back when I am looking for an upgrade!

I just want to tell the lady that was there the day of our service 11/9 7am (wish I remember her name) that she has the best customer service I've experienced in any dealership, store or place of any kind. She's warm, welcoming, friendly, kind and beyond! I have not enough words for my appreciation. She the best!!!

What a refreshing experience. Staff was knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. This was my first time negotiating a car sale over the phone and our salesman Shawn was prompt and thorough with providing my wife and I photos, videos and answering all of our questions.nnI was already pre-approved through my credit union and Terry in the finance department helped us get a better interest rate through a different credit union that will save us quite a bit of money over the full term of our loan.nnI can’t say enough about how pleasant this experience has been.
