I took my 2017 Sahara in for service and my husband surprised me by calling Joseph to ask about a trade-in. It was after 5pm but when I picked my Rubicon, the whole team stayed to see the sale through. John prepped the new Jeep himself, so that we could drive it home that night. I felt terrible keeping everyone out so late...they knew we were on a time restriction and pulled all the stops to make it happen, but were never pushy in any way. I thought I was a Sahara girl, but I am in love with my Rubicon! Thanks to all who helped us! And on a side note, the color I got looks so much better in my yard than the flashier blue I had been ogling. ud83dude42

We had a great experience buying our new Jeep. Salesman John was patient, informative and helped us through a stressful situation with our trade in vehicle, as we learned we had not been given pertinent information when we originally purchased it from a different dealership. In the end, we were able to get a fair trade amount for that vehicle and leave with a good experience, and a great new Jeep! We will be back!
We have bought several Jeep’s from here for years ! I decided to get something different and found what I was looking in line. I went in and Collin helped me. He was knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. He was straight with me and I did buy the car that evening. The entire staff was friendly and very respectful of my time. I got to take the car home even with my husband still having to sign the next day. Nice experience !
