Best car buying experience I have ever had. From my first email inquiry and IMMEDIATE response from Anna online, to working in person with Richard, who put up with my cranky children, the Sales Manager who worked his magic to make my bottom line work, and their Financing Guru who made the signing process quick and easy, everyone was helpful and patient to make sure we got our dream vehicle within our budget. As a woman, I appreciate that they respected my opinions, conversation and impute while letting me feel as an equal, something that unfortunately has not always been the case in past buying experiences from other dealerships. Richard even went out of his way to detail our new car himself, which hands which is totally beyond his title. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

I purchase vehicles for my company and it can be quite the pain. I called the dealership on Tuesday after finding a Smart ForTwo electric drive on the site and had the pleasure of speaking with Lew! He was courteous, kind, and cared for our needs. We were able to close the deal that night and my boss and I went in the following day to pick it up. Again, Lew and the rest of the staff exceeded my expectations, keep in mind I spent over 15 years in car biz myself. In and out in an hour. We will definitely be using Lew again!

Kellen, Brian, and Logan were great salesmen who worked very hard to get me the best deal. Even with the many options I was exploring and multiple questions I had, they all stuck with me to ensure I was treated fairly and purchased the car I wanted. I strongly recommend anyone interested in leasing or buying a VW to go here!

Went to almost every dealership in Olympia and this was by FAR my favorite!! Kellen was amazing! I bought my first NICE car, it was fast and easy. So thankful to have landed in the hands of such a good group of people to help me figure out what I wanted! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
