Went to the dealer for oil change and filter, 5 Stars... Clean area....Great price.. well set up organized Check-in area, waiting room was stocked with free snacks, coffee etc. Check out was smooth, with checklist of service, that comes with an oil change. This was a big purchase for me as i had been drinking the same car for 13 years.nGentry was awesome to work with! I had some roller coaster moments with the first car I purchased not passing jeep inspections.nI was very pleased at how they recovered the situation. Gentry called me every day for updates. I truly appreciated feeling valued and seen. Definitely would recommend Olympia Jeep and Gentry! Joe the manager was also very helpful too. Loving my new Jeep Cherokee!!!!!!
Service was quick and price was great. Used the shuttle to go home while waiting. Shuttle driver was a delight. I was reminded of next services that will be needed but no hard sell (tires, brakes and battery) or push to replace them now.
I just want to say John Kearns and his team provided my family and I with exceptional service. He was thorough with the whole buying process. We felt well taken care of and we are loving our new Jeep. Thank you!
