My husband and I were so impressed with Jose's professionalism.He actually listened to what my husband wanted and didn't want, as well as our concerns regarding Covid. He made sure everything was just right when we arrived and then when we went in to discuss the terms for the truck. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure we knew about aspects of the truck we might not be used to. Buying a car can be arduous, but Jose made it pleasant. We'd recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Set appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. The advisor told me it would take 45 minutes for a simple oil change. After an hour and a half, I had to ask if they were done. The advisor then came in to tell me they just started and the car would be done in 20 minutes. Although they gave me a $5.35 discount it was still way over the time they stated.nAdvisor was very nice, facility had poor time management.

I have been taking my car, an Acura RL, to get serviced at Capitol City Honda for over a decade. They always remember who I am, call me by name, have all my paperwork ready, know exactly what needs to be done to my car, are super nice, very efficient, do quality work and treat me professionally and friendly. It seems many of their staff have been there for years, therefore there is a great deal of consistency. I also appreciate their shuttle service so I can go to the mall, or out to lunch, or to Barnes and Nobel when my car is being serviced. Plus, they always give me a voucher for a free car wash which I really appreciate. I highly recommend the Capitol City Honda service department!

Thank you Capitol City Honda for making our purchase today simple and stress free. Tyson did a fantastic job of taking care of all our needs. If he didn't know the answer he went above and beyond to get it. He was friendly and listened to what we were looking for both in a car and in regard to financing. The entire staff was friendly and we left with a beautiful car! Thank you Capitol City Honda!

I worked with Abe Minkler and he was very helpful, provided excellent advice and had an appealing low key approach. They accommodated my schedule and offered a reasonable value for my trade in, after a bit of negotiation. Overall, a great experience.
