I think they must have been a short-handed today because the drive-thru was slower than normal. Usually they are pretty fast and a great crew.

I come here regularly because of how close it is to my house. Just ordered two nitro cold brews and when I arrived was told they were out. Wasn't given the opportunity to exchange for something I wanted so I asked for a refund which they provided. Had to reload my card so I could order what I wanted instead. A customer after me had the same issue except with one nitro cold brews and was given a gift card for the inconvenience. Then I had to wait while other mobile orders which were completed after mine received their drinks. Apparently I'm not the clientele they are looking for. I will be redeeming my rewards and finding a local coffee shop farther away from my house.

I am always impressed with how cheerful and quick everyone is. I don't get to get to this one as often since it's not on my side of down but I always pop by when I go see my parents. My Dad is known and his dogs and I came through with his truck one time and they knew exactly what his drink was!nGreat job especially today to all of them, when they were super busy and down one bar. They kept their calm and smiles going!

Very busy location with a not so great drive thru layout. Large dining area but small ordering queue. Mobile orders are staffed separately which makes for a quick pick up time.

This locations drive thruogh starts between neighbor shops then runs behind them ending beside starbucks. Even though there were six cars ahead of us we ordered and were on our way in around five minutes. The staff was friendly and polite.
