I stopped by to get two soft drinks. 20 minutes later they were finally brought out. Then the lady didn't have the change for my $10 bill and had to go back inside to get her change. When she came back out she still didn't give me any straws. This was a simple order two soft drinks should have been filled in a few seconds rather than 20 minutes.

We live locally and every time we have gone to this sonic it is disappointing. One time our tater tots were not cooked all the way. Twice we have ordered mozzarella sticks and they didn't give us the sauce, and the food was cold. 2 visits we have gone for shakes and the flavor might as well have been vanilla. you order caramel, its vanilla, you order cheesecake, it is vanilla. It is extremely frustrating because we drive so far to get to town for a treat. I usually love sonic, where is the consistency!
