I am usually pretty happy with the drive thru service. And although the lady killed me with kindness today I left with the wrong drink and didn't realize until I got to work. Such a bummer. The drive thru service is typically pretty quick and most of the time the person working is on top of things. 1 out of 10 times I experience slow service or a mix-up with my order. I someone received my beverage today and I am enjoying theirs...Next time I will check it before driving off. :-)
Quick service, tried my first Caramel Apple juice. It is apple pie in a cup! Piled with whip cream and drizzle of caramel. Buttery smooth and cinnamon sweet! Tastes like an apple pie!nAlso had the everything bantam bagels. Very good little bagel bit!
Long line for drive through which is typical since covid hit. The team didn't seem very on top of it. When I do online orders at other locations they make it when they get it. There was no movement on the drive through so I went in instead. My order wasn't done and the cups were sitting on the counter not being made and others others being done instead. Sign said to tell batista you had an online order but they weren't attentive and it took a while for someone to even acknowledge I was there waiting. After me asking about my order did they make it so I had to wait for it to be done. I don't know why they don't make orders when they receive them but that was very inconvenient and I was not happy with this service at all. This location is not worth going to if they can't process the drink orders as they receive them. What is the point of even doing an online order then?
Loved being able to stop and sign into Wi-Fi so my son could log into his class meeting for school on way to Ocean Shores
