I set-up an appointment up on my lunch break to get something looked at. 20 mins passed the appointment time I called to see if they were coming, they told me it would be at least another 30 mins before they could come out. There was no call placed to me to let me know they are were running late; I wasted my lunch waiting around for them. Unprofessional.

I am living in denver doing a job in trinidad and the ladies in the front called to denver and one of their employees drove these all the way to down there. One of the ladies personally delivered the parts to my job even after their office closed!!!! Cant thank you enough for the care and coming through for me !!!!!
