They make great salads to go, with variety. The staff are nice and helpful. Food is fresh! They make the salads fresh every morning and have lots to choose from before lunch. Healthy snack options too. Prices are alright.ud83dude0a

The people are very nice but the quality of food is Terrible . The only thing that is made right is the Taco Salads. Sara and Skyler are amazing it's the cook that needs the help. I only buy on Tuesdays now. It's very convenient to have the food available in our building but not when it's not worth the $8.50 we are being charged.

I give them a 2, only because the people are nice. Otherwise they are a waste of space. When they say open at 7am, that means, there is a person who can take 10 min to make a latte. They do not have ANY of the pre-made salads or drinks in the fridge, and they don't even HAVE any food for lunches until AFTER 11 am. Lots of people start the day early, but Taylor Ray's is definitely an open for service LATE and scoot out EARLY, kinda place. I

So I don't typically write reviews. However I feel like this may be the only way to see some change. I have been going to Taylor Ray's for over a year and a half. I have observed a lot of change in that time. Id like to speak on specifically the past 4-5 months. They went from being a reliable source of snacks, coffee, and lunch to me among many others I've conversed with. To a non reliable Café. I've completely stopped getting coffee there as they are not well made, done hastily and without care. The powder wont be stirred all they way the ratios don't seem to be right... etc. The service with the employees of the past few months is sub par. They seem nice but that nothing is taken seriously. I've, more than once went somewhere else because I wasn't being helped with only one other customer and multiple staff available. when deciding to purchase things like chips or candy bars Inever know if they are going to be old and stale, which has also happened numerous times. I have been completely turned off as a customer of this Café, and it is truly saddening. Given that they are the most expensive Café out of the 3 near HLB I can not in good conscious recommend people go there. Please take this seriously as I am not the only one who feels this way.
