They closed my account during covid 19, because of 1 week zero balance. They also sent my stimulus check, because of closed acct. They really screwed me during covid 19.
Call the walmart branch, they arent rude over a simple information request.
Customer service not the best.
As a whole, this bank is awful. I kind of understand why people hate banks now. Bookkeepers love to charge fees. Online banking has as many problems as successes. Customer service transfers you around like a hot potato. Will be closing my account ASAP. Horrible experiences.
