We have had great service with them.

The service was ok. We went there to utilize the advance. It took nearly 3 hours with my husband and i each having only one W2.

Jackson Hewitt was a great first time experience for doing my taxes. Ann, my tax professional, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and did a wonderful job all in all. The location in Wal-Mart was great, as I work across the lot from them, so it was a quick in and out experience. I highly recommend them for your taxes!
