I’m not one to post negative reviews especially living in a small community but I’m very frustrated with the lack of service I was given. I ordered via door dash and was excited to try this new pizza but to much disappointment it arrived extremely burnt. We tried to tolerate the taste but was that of char. I called and spoke with the manager on duty and to my suprise was only offered a 30% discount for my next order even though BOTH of my pizzas were burnt and inedible. The manger raised her voice over mine and told me that was the best they could do. (or we could wait another 2 hours for a new one) I was instructed to call door dash because my order was also late, cold and looked like my pizza was dropped in commute. It’s very Frustrating when you spend $70 on two pizzas and they are delivered terrible quality. The fact that they would even send orders out like this is crazy. They were unable to make it right and it really upset me as I feel like you need to take care of your clients. Unfortunately we WILL NOT be ordering from here again and will stick to a trusted local- home slice.nAs a strong proponent of supporting local businesses unfortunately I won’t be able to recommend this establishment.

I talked my husband into ordering from MFDP instead I f Home Slice and what a HUGE mistake!!! Not even my 13 year old who literally eats everything wanted to eat the pizza. It was burnt. It was hard. Seriously could have chipped a tooth. Not sure what’s up. MFDP is usually my go too. I always order from here when friends are in town. Super disappointed this time around. Will be awhile before I try again. I called to let them know how awful it was and the girl could have cared less. Makes me wish I hadn’t been so generous with my tip to the tip jar.

This is usually my go to pizza place in Durango. And I really hope this isn’t the new normal.However last pie I got was a serious disappointment. I ordered their classic 14” pie. And I guess they just ran out of cheese and sauce, so they dumped a few cans of olives on and called it goodud83eudd37ud83cudffc

Meh will never eat here again. The owner is rude af. Your business doesn’t belong here in Durango. This pizza place was better before it was called father daughter pizza...DSP!!
