We came in at 215 after driving an hour to get there and they close at 230 and wouldn't seat us
East by Southwest is the best sushi in Durango! Food is amazing! Drinks are delicious. Staff and bartenders are engaging. Definitely a must if you're a sushi ud83cudf63 fan!
I am very disappointed with this company. We spent over 700 dollars with this restaurant in a short amount of time this year purchasing what we thought was Vegan food. Vegan is clearly marked on the menu. On our last order we were informed due to COVID shortages they used a batter with egg and had been doing so for many months without informing customers including us. We were offered no resolution, or refund, and we were promised a call from the owner, but that never happened. The staff did not understand Vegan or seem to care.
A fav spot for Asian food. Very appetizing. I'll return with my relatives. It has a cool feel to it.
The food was great, the service was the worst I have experienced. The miso soup ordered at the start was served after our dinner was finished. It took 3 tries at ordering wasabi, ginger and soy sauce, before they managed to get it for us. Getting a second round of drinks proved to be too much for the server. This was supposed to be a special night out for us and it turned out to be a horrible experience.
