Fantastic! Fresh, organic, for lack of a better word, delicious!! Friendly staff. It's sanitary because they make the salad for you. You just choose the ingredients. I'm so happy I gave it a try!

I shared the Buffalo Chicken Salad with a beautiful woman named Angelique. We drank some jalapeño pineapple, and black cherry kombucha (made in house) served on draft right from the tap. We munched on a macaroon and zucchini cornbread. Everything was delicious. Great atmosphere.

Seriously delicious! We got the Cesar salad, Cobb salad and fermented salsa and chips and loved it all.
