The Vault RULES! After working a sedentary job and letting my health slip I joined the Vault and it has helped change my life. I have been going to the Vault for a little over 3 years now and it has been amazing! I feel like I have a family there. My back was a mess before I started this training. It is more stable than it has ever been. The workouts are fun and quick, and trainers keep me motivated.
I love this place! I'm in the best shape of my life (I'm 43) and I have a whole new group of friends that I get to see daily. If you want a supportive, fun atmosphere where you can realize your fitness goals - The Vault is the place!
Love it here! One of my favorite places to be. Supportive trainers and everyone is so encouraging!
