Kyle is an amazing instructor and I love the studio
I’ve done yoga in the past but never tried HOT yoga. I love it! Even with the easy class, I sweat so much and felt amazing afterwards. Kyle and Bif are very pleasure. Their calm and soothing voice guided me throughout the class. I haven’t tried all the classes they offer yet but will def come back for more!
A yoga nightmare. This review is long overdue. I was attending classes here in 2015. I had signed up for a thirty day special. On one evening, in an entirely packed class, a giant mirror fell off the wall and onto several students in wheel pose. There was blood and glass everywhere. Students had large lacerations on their arms and faces. It has been a traumatic experience and I have yet to practice hot yoga since. Upon inspection they had mounted mirrors with adhesives-which totally lacked structural integrity (I believe the studio has no mirrors now). There wasn’t even a first aid kit in the studio. The studio never reimbursed me for my yoga mat and towel, again covered in glass and blood. I had used my towel and mat to try to make a clear exit free of biohazard. The owner did reach out to the attendees of the class and there was a meeting of sorts but I was not able to attend due to my eight on six off schedule. I never returned to this place again, I got an entirely bad vibe. The situation was never made right in my opinion and haunts me to this day.
Unique and different experience with each class. I did some drop ins and enjoyed my experience!
Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful instructors and clientele. Classes are friendly to all levels of practice. A happy place!
