K-Lea Gifford is an incredible yoga teacher! She knows every way to adjust a pose to make you feel more comfortable. She makes yoga accessible for someone like me, who has always been involved in very sport-oriented athletics (running, volleyball, skiing etc.) and doesn't have much flexibility.
