Quality of work is substandard. I was talked into going with an expensive digitizing process so I could have some hats embroidered with a custom design. The hats didn't come out as I was assured they would and when I called to complain about the quality I was told that they couldn't do anything for me. The top picture is the test they gave me to approve the order. The bottom picture is what they delivered. Ummmmm.... They look considerably different! The pattern doesn't even match up!!! Paid over $200 for this!! Would not recommend.

When another large corporation couldn't supply my order, Point to Point was ready and able to help. All the staff were very kind and helpful, and the finished products (posters and t-shirts) were a very well done. High-quality printing, soft t-shirts, and clear communication.
