Saltgrass Steak House

First time eating here and had heard great things. It did not disappoint. My rib eye was cooked and seasoned perfectly, the sides and drinks were delicious, but the Baked Potato Soup did need a little help. Overall, the atmosphere was enjoyable and I would definitely go back to try the rest of the menu.

GOOD seafood! My Surf & Turf (NY steak ordered medium-well) cooked just right but my date's cioppino was a bit too salty for her taste. Our waiter was very good and was eager to cater to our requests. Nice ambiance but slightly noisy. We'd defiantly dine here again.

So we went there to celebrate a birthday for a 12 year old. There were only 4 of us. The service was extremely slow. When we finally got our food one of the plates was so cold we had to send it back.nnThe broccoli that was served was under cooked, dry and barely warm. I asked for some butter to put on it, they brought it and the butter was room temperature (which is the way I like it) but the broccoli wasn't even warm enough to melt it.nnI had Salmon and it had a good flavor to it but there were no juices to it all. The prices were way to high for what you get. Sorry Salt Grass but if you want a good steak Texas Roadhouse is way better.

Ugh, I have been to Saltgrass Steak House in the past, now that we are in the new world I have been dining out and find that the pricier places like Saltgrass are usually doing a better job of cleaning and keeping he social distancing in the dining room. Saltgrass did well with the distancing but clean left much to be desired. We found crumbs on the table and after watching a couple of tables get cleaned it was clear why. Squirt, kinda wipe aaaaaand walk away. Didn't even wipe all of the table. Sat down and we were paired with the most impatient server I have ever had. Are you ready to order are you ready to order are you ready to order. Give it a break, maybe start off a bit relaxed and work up to the excessive pressure to order. She was in such a hurry she ignored one of us, there were 4, when ordering drinks. We were stunned but managed to order an appetizer despite the are you ready to order are you ready to order, now it's really starting to get on our nerves. Appetizer comes to the table, drinks are on the table and I open the napkin and silverware only to find what looked like a moth wing in there. See the picture. I asked for the manager. Eugene came over and saw the issue and collected the napkin, silverware and bonus whatever it was and said that he would replace that. Okay, food comes over and no silverware, I have to ask the server to bring it, she asked if I want more silverware but I was still waiting for the replacement from the manager, she brought over the napkin and silverware before the manager made it back. Sigh, whatever, really not feeling the love at this point. Food is all good, hot and everything was cooked to satisfaction. Our servers inpatients translated into never having an empty drink, I was the driver so no alcohol just refills of coke. It was a very rushed and cumbersome experience. We paid and got out, that really seemed to be the goal for the restaurant staff anyway. To recap, rushed, table dirty and watched other tables not really cleaned, didn't feel like the prior level of service was there and left unimpressed with the experience. Food was good but hard to justify the total package.nnTo end on a high note, they were out of the ordered wine and upgraded for the same price.

It's Been a very long time last visit was just ok, But Tonight WOW! the fried mushrooms were awesome!! My steak was finally cooked the way i wanted. So...Thank you to the great chef! We will be back! ud83dudc4fud83dudc4f
