Very poor customer service went in there today the day was 11/30 at 7pm. I ordered a plate abs want to change my order just on the meat. They did not want to help me. They said once you get something you are stuck with what you got. The tired to up sale up more food which I didn’t want. I come to this place all the time but this crew that was working today was very unprofessional. Please get with your people and correct the situation I don’t understand why I’m not allowed to trade our a meat selection once I picked it. The cashier couldn’t even tell me why they weren’t allowed to do it. The manager there did very little to help or explain why this wasn’t allowed either. I’ll be calling the store manager about this crew. Once again please fix this problem it left a very sour taste when I left this place.
Panda express is the only Chinese fast food chain I know of and therefore the best. This particular ud83dudc3c express is a good one, service, food, cleanliness. The location is a little out of the way but it doesn't seem to impact their customer base much.
They don't have online orders ready when promised and they have no organization for balancing online with in person orders
You have to go to the side to go in but the food was great. The mushroom chicken was a big hit with my family. The sweet and sour chicken was only so so but everything else was tasty!
Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time, very friendly staff who went out of their way to prepare fresh steamed vegetables and chicken for me just before closing time. I’ll definitely return to this location!
