This is the best place to buy skates in the state. Tim was super helpful and got several pairs of skates out for me to try. I haven’t bought a new pair of skates in over ten years so it took a while to find the right fit.nnI’m glad I took the time to go in and try skates on instead of just ordering online. These guys will bake and sharpen your skates with your purchase.nnGreat overall experience. I will recommend to all my teammates.
Went in for my first pair of skates. Martha was very helpful in showing me differences between skate models, fits, and helped me understand why one skate might be a better for me than another. She baked my skates and gave them a good edge! Very good customer service.
Used to be a great shop, customer service has gone downhill significantly, tried to buy skates there this weekend. Was told that they only had one model in that particular size, made no effort to give any other options or explain anything about the skate. Basically take it or leave it, didn’t help lace them up just went back to the front counter. Went to Promenade and bought some great skates for much cheaper. Way better customer service, check the local rink pro shops they are hurting for your business and appreciate it much more than this place.
Kevin who is a supervisor there is super helpful! Great kid who goes above and beyond to make sure stuff is right.
Rude. Bad atmosphere. I genuinely feel disgusted that I had to spend money here today.
