I’ve gone here the last 3 days to get the same drink which is a cold brew and almond milk not a complicated drink and they have gotten wrong every day first day was no milk second day was coconut milk and today it was normal milk it’s not a big deal but just a little frustrating. So I went again today and got a cold brew with dark chocolate almond milk foam and when the lady gave me my drink the color was strange so I had her confirm my order and I drove away took a sip and it was cinnamon foam. Like is it honestly that difficult to make this simple drink I’ve work in restaurants my entire life I know it’s not that difficult to look at an order and follow it.

They have one Job to do !! Yet they seem to fail each time. It’s very frustrating to order something and then they get it wrong.( not the cheapest) They are so rushed even though nobody is in line when they mess up... the Manager at this location Mika? Is unprofessional and immature. Save your money !!

Great service and very friendly. I do wish they made their customers wear a mask after every sip inside their store tho. I do not feel save when people take off their masks to drink and leave them off the entire time during their visit.

I live fairly close so I come here very often. Each time I order, I am met with kindness, positivity and perfect accuracy! Whether it’s the small jokes or asking me about my day at the window, I find myself smiling. It’s the small things :’)

Drive thru and store closed. I understand the necessity for deep cleaning and even closing early but a sign on the drive thru would’ve been helpful. Without a notice that they were closed we waited at the illuminated drive thru and didn’t get and answer so pulled up to the window to see all the lights on but still no help at the window. I went to go inside and saw a small handwritten note that they were closed. Knocked on the the door to recommend they put a closed sign in the drive thru and rather than answer the door they walked into the back area. I persisted and they finally answered the door and I recommended they put a closed sign on the drive thru and the hall that answered the door said they “usually have a sign”. They didn’t put one up - doesn’t help the folks trying the drive thru tonight. Very, very unprofessional.
