They post that they are open only to find out after a 20 minute drive it's only open by appointment only. Could you pleas keep your hours updated correctly
I had an appointment at 11 am today at this branch. I got there on time. Teller told me that someone would be with me shortly. I waited for 30 mins and no one came up to me or attended to me. I left because I had to go back to work. I drove almost 15 mins to the bank, so I wasted my lunch break without any result. The 3 ladies at the back were there chatting with one another, doing nothing. This was the worst experience I have had in any bank, including CUofCO. This branch needs to improve on its customer service. Manager do your work and employ competent people here.
I have been banking here since 1990 ! Best banking experience, staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They don’t charge ridiculous fees like so many of the “other” banks do. I cant say enough great things about Credit Union of Colorado!
Super nice staff I actually look forward to going here.
