The employee I spoke to about the 20 percent late fee they apply to a late payment was rude and didn't care about the outrageous fee they apply. The building is always gross and dirty, and the staff are rude. I do not recommend using this company! Stay away!nnUpdate: After reading my review, they've decided to raise my rent by 100 dollars. This is a bad, bad, very shady company. STAY AWAY!!!
