I am very disappointed! I have been coming to this garlic not since I was in high school. Go out of your way to go to a different garlic knot, the one in Bear Creek is amazing! I have an allergy to garlic so I call ahead and they make me the garlic knots without garlic on them. I understand they normally put the garlic on before baking and typically make 50 at a time. However they have told me that I can call ahead and they will make me an order without garlic on it. Restaurant are supposed to allow changes do to allergies. I always call ahead so they are aware im coming. The last few years when I try to call ahead and place an order they give me a very hard time about it! Guess I will take my business elsewhere and tell all my friends the same. Its not that hard to make a few without garlic to keep a good customer!!!! I called the Bear Creek garlic knot and they said they would do it for me no problem! They explained it is a little bit of a difficult process but I really appreciate that the owner and staff Are willing to go above and beyond to keep their customers happy! I will go out of my way to go to this garlic knot!!!

It is 11/12/2020 at 6:10 pm, I just tried to call garlic knot about 6 times and was hung up on every single one of those times. The first several they didn't even say garlic knot, but on this last 2 they did. Maybe they're super busy, idk, maybe they're not serious about their jobs?

Usually pretty good. I was told several months ago to try the grandma pizza which is now my favorite. I ordered yesterday and it came, still delicious but slightly burned. Next time, don't burn it guys!
