Yes, having been a patron of El Jimador for many years, I feel remiss in not having written a review as yet. So here goes.nnThis is a great local spot for delicious food. Yes I have enjoyed many of the dishes on the menu, and can’t remember a poor meal. So I could list my favorites, but that would mean copy n pasting most of the menu.nnThe service is very friendly but not over bearing ud83dude0annAtmosphere is laid back - nice!nnMargaritas greatnnOff the menu suggestion- the house salsa ✅nnSo yes this is a local place run by the family who owns it, with a little help from some great local folks!nnSo if you are looking for mega chain food this is not a good choice.nnHowever, if local and real is your goal this is what you will find!

Service was great and the margaritas were good. They have a large menu so I won't give a higher rating until I am able to try more. Tacos de las calle were pretty good though. Also, the drink prices are a bit too high, even during happy hour.

I was a customer here for years but the past 12 months things have been off. The food isn't fresh and the establishment isn't clean. During my last visit I was given two dirty cups and I could even see someones old lip prints! The employees were always friendly.
