I just completed the 6 week challenge and I am so happy with the results. I lost 23lbs in 6 weeks and I could not have done it without the help of Nick and Mary. Their workouts are killer and their overall knowledge when it comes to nutrition and stretching are really helpful. Be ready to sweat!

ILKB Lakewood is an incredible kickboxing gym that's so much more than just a gym. They create a sense of community, and are truly and genuinely invested in your goals and well-being. They have been incredibly flexible with me due to a semi-complicated situation I'm in, and I could not be more grateful. I started as a 6-week challenge participant, and am diving in to an annual membership because I love this place so much. I was very hesitant to start, as I was going from couch to kickboxing (with a lot of weight to lose), but I could not be happier that I decided to join. For anyone that's on the fence about trying something new, I cannot express enough how wonderful of a choice it will be to go with ILKB Lakewood.

I have been going to ILKB for 7 months now and I can honestly say it’s the best choice I have ever made! I feel stronger and can defiantly see the results for my work! The team of instructors are amazing and really make you seem like part of the fitness family. Word really recommend this!
