Taxation is theft. On top of that, I arrive during their normal buisness hours to ask for more information on how to get my money back. Pay for parking. Walk in. Closed for a week. On another note, why is it a building that has no money or items to steal needs an armed guard?

Pay for parking. And only a few spots. Park at the timberland library in a 4 hr slot.
