Started taking my business to this location so far the employees r pretty good definitely cleaner than the one down the street
Worst customer service I have experienced. Not only did the cashier, Judy racially profile me, but she refused to sell me any tabaco merchandise when Im over age to purchase. On top of all of that she called the police because I wouldn't leave the property until she showed me a written policy of refusing the sell. Horrible, horrible, service.
They put a out of order sign on the door, and lie about it at night so paying customers can't use it. I feel like this is a violation of some sort.
The woman working was incredibly rude and accused us of stealing. She was in the restroom for us walking in and us about to walk out. I am an owner of a restaurant and would find this completely unexcectable of any of my employees. I understand trying to finish cleaning tasks but find it completely unexcectable of my staff if it ruins the costumer experience. We tried getting her attention and she told us that nothing was done yet.
