The shop staff at this location was so helpful. They helped me find the exact products I was looking for which work perfectly for what I needed. The shop itself is very large with a wide selection of products.
Excellent location. The greeter is friendly and opens the door for you so you don’t have to touch the handles. Promptly assisted by a staff member. Unlike Ulta, they actually have someone helping you look at color choices in a safe, hygienic way. It’s impractical for a beauty store to run any other way during these times, as it is necessary to look at the colors. Every staff member I came across during my visit was attentive and friendly. Keep up the great work.

My friend and I were blatantly followed around by 2 different employees while we were shopping here. When we would make it apparent that we were observing their behavior, they would try to make small talk with us. This behavior was not directed towards any other patrons in the store.nnIt was also worth noting that everybody else in the store were offered baskets. When we had to ask for them ourselves, we were met the response of “oh, I didn’t assume that you both needed them”. We are both African-American females, so this experience felt like racial profiling. We felt extremely uncomfortable there, and turned our items into the front to take our business elsewhere.nnWould not recommend.
