Great selection and very friendly staff. I went during a sale and was worried that the sale items might be low or sold out. But they had plenty in stock! And the staff was diligent in sanitizing everything and even wipes down the checkout area after each use!

My favorite BBW location! I spend a lot of money at this store, and this location is amazing. Michaela and Linea (spelling?) are really awesome associates, and the store itself is always clean, well organized and well stocked.

Wow did I just spend a lot of money! Sadly they did not except my $10.00 of coupon bevause they said it was the wrong day. On the way out I checked and it said I cpuld use it today. When i took the order back in Mackaela and Esther said they needed to redo the purchase. They found that they didn't charge me for an item the first time and they took it back. Then Esther said ahe wouldn't give me my $10.00 coupon because she had to do a refund and then they kept my free gift. When we went in to complain. And they embarrassed is in front of an entire line of people becaise of their mistake! Not cool. So they took an item back they didn't add correctly kept our gift coupon and never gave ia the gift and put pur body care system back into our bag and charged us another $22.00! F! I could spit nails. Train right and don't hold customers responsible for your employee mistakes! Check your receipts people! I feel like they should send me coupons! Ugh. Last day today for hand soap sale!

The lady was very knowledgeable. I never knew why some lotions are thicker than others. Needless to say, I spent about $50 more than I wanted to .. so much good stuff!!
