This may be a better complaint to make about the app but I could not see how to give feedback to the App.nnMy real complaint is the snotty service I received from Tommy, the pharmacy person I talked to.nnI stayed on the phone to talk to him when I could not understand what the app auto reorder meant.nnHe told me I entered an partial refill RX number when I had entered nothing. I had just selected the only prescription that showed up on the app I was allowed to refill. He apparently had another prescription number I could refill for a 90 dau prescription. In fact I had specifically asked Walgreens to ONLY give me 90 refills but apparently they cannot.nnWe resolved the problem. He later said he had no idea how the app worked for partial reorders. But I am writing this review because of believe he should. I am the customer and if I cannot understand the how to reorder using the app, he needs to understand it too, so he is able to help me and address my problems using it.nnAs exasperating as I may be, it is not prudent or wise to blame the idiosyncrasies of the app on a 72 year old customer whose just doing the best she can do to fill a prescription. If this call is actually recorded, I urge management to listen to is and address how better the call might have been handled.

Our photos got mixed up with someone else’s and we were late to our friends vigil. It was handled well and quickly but we were still late.

Amazing, attentive, and friendly customer service in the pharmacy department. Britney is always kind and attentive no matter the day or situation.......she is the reason I keep coming back to this specific pharmacy and for the 5 star review.

I went to this location to pick up cleaning supplies. The cashier was out of coins for change, and wasn’t upfront about it. She waited until we paid. Then explained, she had no change. Therefore, shorting us. I could have easily paid with my card if that were the case.
