Found a football here over the summer on the way to bear creek, we forgot ours and that made our whole day.
Staff is very nice. Was buying an Icee today and they were out of lids in the store. Staff made big effort to go get lids from supply building. Most people would have just said they were out of lids. Impressed with the helpfulness.
Manager is never there and let's the appliances go out of service no structure and no authority to make a chain of command and when they need one the store manager is almost always off enjoying free time or going on vacation I have spent twenty minutes in there just waiting to get taken care of
It's new year's eve and I'm driving home, this gas station is 1 minute from my house, lights are on and everything. Its 10:50, I see a car so I pull in, put my card in and then the handle doesn't go. I try to go inside but the door is locked and I see the cashier so I knock. All he does is yell closed, I try to explain what's going on, he looks up and just yells closed at me. Seriously? So unprofessional. I look up the hours and it says midnight. So hes either closing before hes supposed to or just super rude. Even if I was wrong about the hours and it closed at 11, I still a little less than 10 minutes.
They gave me a holding charge of $300 even though they gave me 0 gas, after speaking with the cashiers they rudely told me to come back another day when it is more convenient for them.
