Okay, this Starbucks is normally great except for the fact that I ordered a drink the other day that had a goop like substance in it. Starbucks told me that the manager would reach out soon and I have received no contact....just curious what was in my drink. Also why is this store randomly closed with only a sign in the drive through that you really can’t read...any answers?

Hands down the BEST location for Starbucks I have ever been to. They have never messed up my drink. They are fast and on top of it! I order ahead and it is always ready when I get there. They are all so friendly and sweet. The drive thru is always packed. I suggest ordering ahead or have extra time to go through the drive thru in your way to work. Fabulous location!

Got two frapacinos that were completely melted and not icy or slushy and the hot mocha I ordered was only 3/4 filled up and no whip cream. All around poor experience from this location. I've never honestly had a bad order at any other starbucks.

Normally a great location - however, they leave their mobile order on when they are drive thru only, which seems to occur often - resulting in insane drive through waits, because you can't go in. Turn mobile order off when you are drive through only, so I can choose a different location and go in to pick up my order please!!
