!!!!!!!!BEWARE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!! I used the A.T.M. and it stole 180 dollars from me and took my card. Every single time my fiancee and I come here we always have issues. It retained my card as I was depositing my rent money and it malfunctioned lt took my card, and then proceeded to try and spit the money back out but took 180$ first and did not deposit it into my account or spit it back out. I'm telling you right now that it is a terrible branch and it's worth the drive to go to ANY OTHER BRANCH.n0/10 WILL NOT GO AGAIN

Literally the worst branch to exist. Third experience with the young man making making up his own “rules and policies” for why it is he could not complete any requested transactions. Just have to drive to a different location and any other location always completes anything you ask of them with no issues whatsoever with a smile. This location is a joke. No wonder it just has 1 star ratings. And save your copy and paste response and actually read complaints and do something about it.

Julie at the Lakewood location is AMAZING!!! Certain things have been difficult to accomplish during COVID, but my banking transactions and questions are not one of them!nnJulie dedicated so much of her time and effort over the past few days in helping me navigate a transaction on my account, learning about their AWESOME loan deferment program during COVID, and following up with me on matters in less time than I ever expected. Plus, she always had a positive attitude and fantastic customer service skills. I highly recommend working with her at this particular branch 100 times over! Thanks so much Julie! You made my life super easy in getting all my concerns squared away!

Absolutely terrible, worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing. Took almost a year to be able to pay my subaru bill without going to a branch because I refused their obligatory checking account full offers and garbage, they made the dealership wait on hold for 1hr just to get my payoff amount. I will spend 20min trashing this company everytime I think of it to anyone who will listen. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, RUN THE OTHER WAY, THE ENTIRE COMPANY WEARS INCOMPETENCE LIKE ITS COLOGNE.
