Nancy Lumbye at Westerra Credit Union is a superior lender that is backed up by a local solid credit union. This lender is more competitive in their fees and have local underwriting that understands what is going on in the front range area. I have found Nancy to have great knowledge of the overall loan programs, what it takes to qualify, and then be successful in getting your loan completed in a timely process. I have been involved with thousands of other real estate transactions and I personally recommend this person and company as I have worked with Nancy and Westerra for the past 7 years with a large number of very well performed transactions. Way to go Nancy at Westerra!
