Wonderful customer service to my experience.nHave you ever called them, their customer service? The call gets picked up with 1 ring (at the most) if not by no ring tone. Oh BTW, you talk to live person the very first time! Big banks should learn from 1st bank how customer service should be provided.nnWe to go 1st Bank, Kudos!

ATM not working.
Ridiculous... Try to go cash a check and they say they can't cause my account closed a month ago. I recieved no phone calls or mail letting me know my account was being closed only monthly statements. These people are scam artists, I wouldn't trust them with a cent of my money.
