I wanted to give a shout out to Mike and his crew! They did an excellent job on the exterior painting on our house. Mike is very detail oriented. I appreciate that! From start to finish communication with the office staff who contacted me prior to the job starting. Then Mike stopped by and we walked around my house to discuss paint types, colors, textures. They also did some exterior repair and prep to get my house ready. All in all I would recommend Chewelah Painting for any and all of your painting needs.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY! Very unprofessional. Made an appointment and didn't show up so my wife called and he said they would be here in couple hours but never showed or called to let us know. She even took a day off from work to meet with him. He called her 3 days later and acted like no big deal but said he would send us a bid that night and again, didn't come through as promised. Noticed this trend on his reviews. If this company can't be professional or considerate enough to even make it to an appointment or even call if not able to make it that tells me their not worth doing business with. Ended up with a respectable company out of Spokane instead.nnNOT IMPRESSED!!nnIn response to the business owners claim.nThis is flat out lie!! I personally sent him the plans and project information. I was here waiting with my wife all day for him to show up which he never did!! Couldn't even bother to call and let us know. I have been in construction my entire career and would never treat customers with such disrespect.nnAgain, Don't waste your time here!!
We used Chewelah Painting on our house last year. The job was professionally completed by a painting subcontractor and looks very nice. We also scheduled a deck sanding and refinishing project that needed to be put off until this spring/summer. We were contacted this year by Mike, who said he had procured all the stain and would be scheduling us for July. The communication was via text. When I never heard back about a date to complete the project, I texted and received no reply. I must agree the communication is exceptionally poor. I would look elsewhere for your painting needs.
Waited weeks for appointment to get a call the day of the appointment 1 hour after the scheduled appointment time they need to reschedule. Second time get a call they was running late so they could stop and bid another job. Unprofessional with lots of excuses. Don’t waste your time with this company unless you like to hear excuses after excuses.
Darren & Laura did an AMAZING job painting our home. Their attention to detail & hard work was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Chewelah Painting to anyone that wants a professional job done.
