I go to this Panda Express ALL the time and I usually get a kids meal because I feel like it's the best deal. I went to a different location and got the honey walnut shrimp for an entree and I opened up the box and I only had 4 shrimps! And I paid extra for it! So I told the people at this location my last situation and the definitely heard me out and loaded up my kids meal with shrimp. The people who work there are literally so sweet, respectful, and always so friendly!
I was told my order would take 7 minutes to complete. 16 minutes later I had to call them on the phone and ask where it was. They brought it out immediately. The item they were making to complete the order was hot. The other 4 entrees, 2 sides and egg rolls were stone cold. Never again.
Got a very dried out dinner which had been sitting in pan for awhile.nReturned most of it the next day which I have never done.nWas treated so poorly like I was trying to get a free meal or whatever.nTold they would replace it but not to expect them to do this again. Felt like a criminal instead of a customer.nHorrible experience.

HORRIBLE customer service at this location. After disclosing I would not like to round up because I was already at a $17 purchase. Cashier threw an attitude and even handled my food IMPROPERLY by Swinging my bag out the window. Gave me my debit card AFTER my food with ATTITUDE. After I snatch my card back disappointed he put his hands up like he was being held up! Server:LOGANnFood was thrown all over the place once I received my bag to eat at home.
