Totally pathetic!!! Ordered the heat and serve thanksgiving dinner one pm pick up and 3 o'clock still not ready had to leave and do something else!!! TRULY PATHETIC YOU KNEW HOW MANY DINNERS YOU HAD ORDERS FOR!! ZERO EXCUSE TO HAVE RUINED SO MANY THANKSGIVING DINNERS!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO A BOSTON MARKET AGAIN!! PATHETIC!! I'D GIVE YOU ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION!!!

Day before Thanksgiving I watched a manager tell a large line of customers that their online orders would be cancelled and their cards refunded in 3-5 days, including mine. I watched in horror as people realized the $100 they saved up for a thanksgiving dinner for their families was now gone, since the charge to their debit would be held through thanksgiving. This is despicable. And now, nearly 2 weeks later, my card still hasn't been refunded so I get to take the charge dispute into my own hands. What a waste of time and a horrible way to ruin thanksgiving. Boston Market can feel free to contact me here to resolve this issue, though I'm inclined to think they won't bother.

I never knew that Boston Market sold prime rib; only on Sundays and Wednesdays, but they do.nnI received a text message from Boston Market that had a prime rib coupon for $5.00 off, which sounded pretty nice. I called first to make sure they really had the prime. The person that answered was super nice and made sure to let me know, the prime rib wouldn't be available until after 2pm. This saved me a trip.nnAnyway, the portion was a nice size and again the staff was great. The meal came with 2 sides and a piece of corn bread.nnNow the coupon did get me to stop by, but the prime was cooked great and all the food tested good. I would gladly pay full price. I felt I needed to write this review because this meal really made my day.nnThanks for your time,nSteven

I just wanted to get two containers of the heat and serve mac and cheese. Got told I had to place the order ahead then return to pick it up, which seems odd for cold mac and cheese that seemingly would require very little prep. Minus 1 star.nnReturned the next day. Had to wait 25 mins with 20+ people who are all getting full meals while I just waited for someone to pour mac and cheese into containers. One after another, I watched people who arrived after me leave with large boxes of food while I still waited for my little mac and cheeses. Clearly no management going on here. Minus 2 stars.nnWorst of all, there was no social distancing at all. They had two lines side by side with no option to social distance. Minus 1 star.nnTldr, go to another boston market. Mac and cheese still delicious. 1 star for this location.
