The food didn't disappoint, you've had one Tropical Smoothie you've had them all. What really impressed me with this location was the service, and that each individual was helping the other out. Ethan took our order, then jumped in to help catch up on smoothie orders, then went and started bagging food that was ready to go. Because of this, we got our 5 meals in less than 10 minutes.
My girlfriend and I were craving smoothies. We decided to drive 20 minutes out of the way to satisfy our craving. When we walked into the establishment we were both automatically greeted by Nick. He recommended the most popular flavor, and he said he would even throw in some extra lime. Once we both took a sip of this smoothie. We both knew we made the right decision for the night.
Was really looking forward to trying this place. When we were notified the order was ready for pickup, we called because we were doing curbside pick up. Got left on hold and quite literally got forgotten about so go inside and the employee basically just complained to me about how busy they are and that I just need to “bear with them”. After waiting another 20 minutes the guy tells me I should have checked the bag on the counter.... Like are you serious? Isn’t that your job when I tell you my name, you grab the order? Also maybe don’t have people looking through orders during times like these! Then they didn’t have the smoothies we ordered and when I asked for those they just ignored me. Complete waste of money! The food was cold (go figure). First rule of hospitality is that when your a paying customer, you don’t go out to eat to hear the employees complain... like I’m sorry but without customers you don’t have a JOB.
Good smoothies but I just did delivery with Uber eats. I was so excited to try their vegetarian substitute chicken because in the past I saw their menu was all meat basically. I paid extra for it. I know how these food delivery apps almost every order something is wrong so I called to make sure they put the veggie chicken in it he said yes we see it we'll get that to you soon. Food shows up no veggie chicken in it, I could have just made my own salad with beans. Not cool.
