The food is the most important part of the review and I give this location a 4 out of 5 because I love their chicken. However, they never get the order right. Tonight once again I get home and no jalapenos. They asked me twice for sauces and honey, and I had to wait in the parking spot for only 5 minutes. I regret not verifying I had everything, but I shouldn't have to. That is the cashier's job at the drive through. If I performed my job at this level, I would have been fired. I refuse to go back to get what should have already been included with my order. Another $1.19 lost to the Popeye gods. That is now up to $15.00 in losses to them. Check your food!!!

Really fast/friendly service! Even though we were bickering a bit (amongst ourselves), the staff stayed cool and hooked it up. Thanks crew! Food on point too!

Service is terrible here they barely speak or understand English. Also very hard to understand as they all have heavy Spanish accents. Always an issue with getting drinks and a 50/50 chance your food will be correct. I ask for spicy and get mild. I DO NOT recommend this location at all.

I wanted a Popeye's dinner, and I'm trying to sell it to my 88 year-old mother, so I look it up on the website and the menu and all of it is very confusing and a mess.nWe decided on the 5 piece chicken strips and two sides and two biscuits, well in the store menu has no such a deal, I had to look up their website and show it to the person that I was ordering it from oh, I guess they needed some type of a code number, it was all a hassle. I got home and half of the chicken strips were the hot and spicy which my mother cannot have of course.nOverall not very happy at all..

It was dinner time and the drive thru was busy..have eaten at other locations in Arizona and California a few years ago and was impressed with the quality.of food but this location's was way sub par ! Could not distinguish what part of the chicken I was eating ...there was very little meat on it ! Had cole slaw as a side which was fine but they don't serve hush puppies which was disappointing. They forgot my biscuit and when I did get one it was like a rock with no buttery spread. Should have gone to King Soopers their Chester's chicken is far superior. I like KFC too but wonder if their quality has plummeted too. Have to Google and see if there are any Church's in the metro Denver area. I don't mean of the Catholic or Protestant variety. Popeyes did not offer a full menu have enjoyed catfish in the past. They blasted New Orleans jazz outside so I guess many customers are not familiar with Cajun cuisine so it is somewhat gimmicky. You like spice try Chester's chipolte.
