Wendy's

This location has proven that they are the slowest of all I have been to. The food comes out barely warm. The service is not caring or friendly. They are just there to collect a dollar. There are plenty of unemployed folks who could and would be more pleasant to deal with; think about that Wendy's!

The food is pretty dodgy. I always ask for mine made to order. I'll wait 5 min for it to be fresh!!

Their staff failed to.social distance and verbally a used a disabled senior, physically threatening her. I wont ever eat at any Wendy's .

Love the burger's

We are gone do Wendy's for lunch, now we have been going to this Wendy's for many years but it has been a while since we've been there.so who is going to fantastic sams across the street so I can get a haircut and we had oh I like a 35 minute wait so we decided to go to Wendy's and get a bite to eat no my wife just orders the hamburger patty by itself no buns no condiments nothing just the hamburger by itself and that's how she ordered it and she ended up getting the hamburger with tomato lettuce and onion on top in a potato boat. now she also ordered a baked potato with bacon and cheese on it and they were out of the baked potato and all I wanted was a refund cuz I was going to go to Boston market for my meal well the manager was nice and polite but she would not let me get a refund she just kept suggesting something else on the menu well Wendy's doesn't have anything that I can have because I had heart surgery last summer so pretty much 90% I 5% of Wendy's menu is not for people that has had heart surgery just like any other fast food place and she just kept suggesting stuff so, however I didn't feel like arguing or pushing the point so I just gave in and had one of those new grilled chicken pretzel pub. And I was not impressed at all with it I don't feel it was worth the price in any way even though she just did a trade out which I did not want in the first place I just wanted a refund so very dissatisfied but I do want to note that the manager she was polite she wasn't rude it was just the fact that she just would not say okay here's your refund she just kept trying to spin me into a another item my wife was disappointed she was counting on having a baked potato with bacon and cheese they didn't have it they were out so I got tired of dealing with it so I just gave in and had that pretzel pub Burger but you again was just I did not like it.
