Order was done ahead of time for pickup, not even started. Had to sit outside 10 minutes to wait for them to bring it to me as they said they would.
Chicken fries and a coke a cola, just what I needed, friendly folks all the time.
I'm really not that upset that the app told me my order couldn't go through and so I placed another order and found out I now had to pay for two orders. That's not really the restaurants fault I'm more upset that I didn't get all my food (missing one order of fries) and that the food was cold.
The location is good. Right off the interstate. It's clean and the employees were very nice and everyone was wearing a mask. I ordered two for $5.00 whoppers. The first one was very good but the second one was very dry. It had no sauces on it. Mayo, ketchup, mustard. Nothing. It was disappointing. I did not finish eating.
Going over and beyond for there 3rd party customers. I ordered through Door Dash and the customer service I got from their employees communicating with my driver and myself was perfect and much appreciated. Keep up the freak work and thank you!
